Mary Gardner came to Exit Realty Properties in 2000. She was one of the agents who was with me when I owned 1st Realty Group before puchasing
EXIT Realty Properties in June 2000.
From the beginning it was obvious that Mary was born to be a Realtor. Her compassion for her clients, combined with her keen business mind and her attention to detail propelled her to the top almost overnight. But her consistency is her most amazing quality. Despite dealing with a medical crisis with her son, Jack, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor three years ago at the age of 10, she has kept a positive attitude, a smile on her face, and a willingness to go the extra mile for all her clients, both buyers and sellers. Mary's never quit, never give in, tomorrow is a new day, attitude combined with her incredible work ethic, has earned Mary the respect and admiration of agents and brokers through out the EXIT Realty organization.
Mary won Agent of the Year 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2006. She also has won Agent of the Month 29 times over the last four years.
I once asked Mary to help one of my past clients who came back to me to sell her home. My client was hesitant until I told her, "my only concern is that you will love Mary more than you love me". And I wasn't wrong, they are good firends, even today. If I could clone only one agent in my office it would be Mary Gardner. She stands for all that I believe in, Compassion, Concern, Caring, Professionalism, Openness, Fairness, and doing the BEST
